In short

Summit Rush collects no data. It has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no in-app purchases. The game does not use the internet and asks for no Android permissions. The publisher receives nothing from you.

What is stored on your device

Your progress and your settings are kept in one file in the app’s private storage on your device:

Other apps on the device cannot read this file.

Android backup

Backup is a feature of Android itself: if backup is turned on for your device, Android saves the game’s save file to your Google account and restores it on a new device. The publisher has no access to it. You can turn backup off in Android’s settings; Google’s handling is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

How long data is kept

Until you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android’s settings. “Reset progress” in the game’s settings resets your progress and keeps your settings.

What the game does not do

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. The publisher holds no data about you; you can delete your save yourself at any time, as described above. If you still have a question, write to junolabs@julian-alt.de. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Age

Summit Rush is meant for players aged 13 and older. The game does not ask for your age, a name or an e-mail address.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a new version of the game changes anything stated here, this policy is updated before that version is released.
